The part number on tag is c. These are nos and in great shape.
The handles are in very good shape. They have the black handle and each is nice tight, not sloppy like some of after market. The chrome in very nice with some small scratches and dings from poor storage.
With a little polishing, these would be are show quality in my opinion. And the part number on back side of handles is 8a c.
